TAMPA SMALL BUSINESS WINS BIG OVER GIANT MACROMEDIA
Tampa, FL (February 14, 2005) - When deciding which e-learning solution would serve them best, Boston's Sales Research Institute chose Tampa's own Sensa e-Learning™ over software giant Macromedia.
The Media Factory, creators of Sensa, has been making steady progress introducing their web-based products and services in an industry dominated by heavy hitters.
SRI, who serves a variety of Fortune 500 companies with their unique Science of Selling® and Integrate™ System explains why: “Sensa had more to offer than Macromedia’s Breeze. We had it narrowed down to two contenders. We wanted a superior product and the promise of a sound, long lasting relationship with the vendor. We got both with TMF.”
TMF President David Arnold is just as pleased. “We started out small, stayed lean and weathered tremendous change in the high tech world. But we also kept pace with technology and knew e-Learning was the future. Sensa was a natural evolution for us. We just need to let the world know we’re here.”
Both agree that Sensa e-Learning™ provides a powerful product which easily provides online training for small groups of people or to thousands. It has all the features SRI is looking for and more. SRI will incorporate their Integrate™ System to the interactive online format that blends audio and visual components with text, video and the ability to test.
The other deciding element was the obvious rapport team members have together. “TMF's intentions are to maintain long-term relationships with our clients as their technology partner. We tell them ‘Once a client, a client for life.’ We accomplish this by providing great products, superior customer service and truly listening to our customers”, Arnold added.
Founded in 1996 in south Tampa, TMF has grown steadily. In 2003, they became their own client by presenting online continuing education to the construction industry with www.PACEpdh.com which presents their online curriculum using the Sensa e-Learning™ platform.
