TMF LUNCH & LEARN

Serving Up Lunch and Learning for Local Tech Company

Tampa, FL (February 2005) – The Media Factory, Inc. which specializes in online custom application development, will be hosting a series of Lunch and Learn sessions at their south Tampa location starting in February. An idea that is gaining in popularity, it’s a way for people in the business community to drop by, enjoy a free lunch and watch a presentation on what’s new in the industry.

Bonnie Hite, partner, is enthusiastic about the program. “We want to introduce our services and products face to face, with no selling or strong-armed tactics. What we do at the Factory is difficult to explain in one or two sweeping statements. It makes a world of difference when it can be seen and experienced. Then our guests leave knowing what we’re about, how we might fit into any business workings and had a really good free lunch, to boot.”

Their own Sensa e-Learning system and PODs (presentations on demand) is the focus for the lunch presentations. “Its important that The Media Factory keeps these one-hour sessions informal, concise and that dialogue occur between participants. Keeping our ears and minds open to suggestions will ensure that we remain on the forefront of this industry,” remarks Hite. “It’s a good forum to introduce yourself because there is less pressure when people break bread and a greater potential for discussion.”

The Media Factory offers what they refer to as the three pillars of their company: custom application development; Sensa eLearning, a rich-media e-Learning platform; and Pacepdh.com, a continuing education portal for professionals in the construction industry powered by Sensa.

To sign up for their weekly Lunch and Learn series, call Bonnie Hite at 813-831-8181 or email her at bonnie@themediafactory.com.
